Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in hot sauce and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing.
- Mix in shredded chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella.
- Spread mixture evenly into a baking dish (8x8 works well).
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- For a Buffalo dip crock pot version: Mix all ingredients and heat on LOW for 2–3 hours.
- Use blue cheese crumbles instead of cheddar for a classic chicken wing dip recipe flavor.
- Great with tortilla chips, celery sticks, crackers, or bread slices.
