Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves graham crackers

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; continue beating until fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese until fully combined.
  5. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
  6. Spread part of the cream mixture over the crackers.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream and strawberries on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
