Combine crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly and well coated.
Assemble Tacos:
Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into each taco shell. Top generously with strawberry crunch mixture and garnish with diced strawberries, whipped cream, or syrup.
