Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers
  • For the Cream Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  4. Fold pudding mixture and whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a 9x13-inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
  6. Spread part of the cream mixture over the crackers.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream and strawberries on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
