Smore Bars

These Smore Bars combine the gooey marshmallows, rich melted chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers you love in traditional s’mores—without the campfire. Perfect for a quick dessert, bake sales, or setting up a fun smores bar party.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs or Golden Grahams cereal
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • Optional toppings: peanut butter chips caramel drizzle, or crushed cookies

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows, covering the entire surface.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
  7. For added flair, drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel before serving.

Notes

  • Let bars cool fully before cutting for clean slices.
  • Use parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Add sea salt for a sweet-and-salty upgrade.
  • Try swapping the chocolate chips with peanut butter or white chocolate for flavor variations.
