Prepare the Crock Pot:
Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Add Ingredients:
Pour in uncooked pasta, cheeses, milk, cream, sour cream, butter, and all seasonings. Stir gently to combine.
Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours. Stir once halfway through to ensure the pasta cooks evenly and the cheese melts smoothly.
Check and Serve:
Once the pasta is tender and creamy, turn off the heat. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan on top, cover for 5 minutes until melted, then serve warm.
