Sear the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and sear until golden brown on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
Make the Garlic Butter:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Combine in the Slow Cooker:
Add seared beef, garlic butter, beef broth, soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder to your slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavorful.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
