Method
 

  1. Step 1 – Prepare the Beef:
  2. Pat the beef dry with paper towels and season all sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Step 2 – Layer the Ingredients:
  4. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of your slow cooker. Set the beef roast on top.
  5. Step 3 – Add Liquids:
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the beef.
