Method
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat.
- Add to Slow Cooker: Combine cooked beef, beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic, broth, tomato sauce, and seasonings in your crockpot. Stir well.
- Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Adjust Seasoning: Before serving, taste and adjust salt or spice as needed.
- Serve: Ladle chili into bowls and top with cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
