Cook the Sausage:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
Scramble the Eggs:
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cook over low heat, stirring gently until eggs are just set. Mix in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Assemble the Rolls:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles. Spoon the sausage-egg mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll up tightly.
Bake:
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool & Serve:
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
