Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 red onion cut into chunks
  • For the Marinade:
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
  3. Thread chicken, pineapple, and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill kabobs for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot.
