- Prepare the Truffle Base

- Add the Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, and peanut butter to a mixing bowl.
- Beat until smooth and fully combined.
- Fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups using a spatula.
- Roll the Truffles

- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a smooth ball.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up before coating.
- Melt the Chocolate

- Add chocolate wafers (or chocolate chips + coconut oil) to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and silky.
- Coat the Truffles

- Using a fork, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate.
- Tap gently to remove excess chocolate.
- Transfer back to the lined baking sheet.
- Decorate and Set

- Drizzle with melted peanut butter or sprinkle crushed Oreos/Reese’s pieces on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until fully set.
