  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda until smooth.
  3. Scoop dough into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each cookie with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
