Beat the Base:
In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
Sweeten It:
Add honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
Add the Texture:
Mix in graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of salt. The dough should be thick enough to roll. If too soft, chill for 10–15 minutes.
Form Balls:
Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into smooth balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.

Drizzle with melted chocolate or roll in crushed nuts, cocoa, or crumbs.
