Ingredients
  

  • For the Burger Patties
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80/20 recommended
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For Serving
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices cheese optional
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup mustard, or mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Divide meat into 4 equal portions and form into patties slightly larger than the buns.
  4. Press a small indentation into the center of each patty.
  5. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  6. Cook burgers for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Add cheese during the last minute of cooking if desired.
  8. Toast buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
  9. Assemble burgers with desired toppings and condim
