Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Mix the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking.
  • Leftovers store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
