Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
Mix the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
