Method
- Place potatoes in crockpot.
- Season chicken; place on top.
- Whisk butter, garlic, broth, and Parmesan; pour over.
- Cook on Low 5–6 hours or High 2½–3 hours.

Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
Thicken sauce with a cornstarch slurry if needed.
