Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare Chicken
  2. Add cubed chicken to a bowl.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and lemon juice.
  6. Assemble Skewers
  7. Thread seasoned chicken cubes onto skewers.
  8. Brush with half of the garlic Parmesan sauce.
  9. Cook
  10. Grill:
  11. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
  12. Oven:
  13. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 14–16 minutes, broiling for the last 1–2 minutes.
  14. Air Fryer:
  15. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
  16. Finish
  17. Brush remaining garlic Parmesan sauce over hot chicken skewers.
  18. Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers for 20 minutes before cooking to prevent burning.
For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
Can be made with chicken thighs for a juicier result.
