Method
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced onions until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Grease the Crockpot with butter or nonstick spray.
- Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom, followed by beef mixture and sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Top with more cheese before serving for extra creaminess.

- Add frozen peas, corn, or green beans for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
