Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes, wedges, or rounds.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
Notes
- For Hasselback Potatoes Airfryer style, cut slits into whole potatoes, brush with oil, and cook for 25–30 minutes.
- To make Air Fry Baked Potatoes, air fry whole russet potatoes at 400°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Great to pair with grilled meats, fish, or other air fryer side dishes.
