Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes or russet, Yukon gold, or red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes, wedges, or rounds.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
  5. Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.

Notes

  • For Hasselback Potatoes Airfryer style, cut slits into whole potatoes, brush with oil, and cook for 25–30 minutes.
  • To make Air Fry Baked Potatoes, air fry whole russet potatoes at 400°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Great to pair with grilled meats, fish, or other air fryer side dishes.
