- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with the creamy sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
