Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 –4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the creamy sauce.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor
Don’t overcook the chicken to keep it juicy
Let the sauce simmer gently for a thicker texture
Add extra Parmesan for a richer taste
