  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Cook Pasta
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  7. Make the Sauce

  11. Finish
  12. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
