Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir continuously for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
Add the cooked macaroni and stir until evenly coated with the cheese sauce.
Serve immediately with desired toppings.
