Add Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in Chocolate Chips: Stir in the chocolate chips for extra fudgy texture.
Swirl with Caramel: Pour half the brownie batter into the pan, drizzle half the caramel sauce, then top with remaining batter. Swirl remaining caramel on top with a knife.
Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until just set in the center.
Cool & Serve: Cool completely before slicing. Add a sprinkle of sea salt for a salted caramel touch.
