Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water slowly; batter will be thin.
- Pour into prepared pans. Bake 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Decorate with your choice: smooth frosting, chocolate drip, KitKat chocolate bars, or truffles.
