Cook Chicken
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add onion and mushrooms. Cook until softened and lightly golden.
Add Garlic & Paprika
Stir in garlic and paprika. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Deglaze Pan
Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 3–5 minutes to slightly reduce.
Make It Creamy
Lower heat and stir in sour cream or Greek yogurt until smooth.
Combine & Finish
Return chicken to the skillet. Simmer gently for 5 minutes until heated through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
