Ingredients
  

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cream or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add chicken broth and cream (or soup), then simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and mix well to coat.
  6. Stir in half of the cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option
Do not overcook pasta to keep the texture perfect
Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor
Add a splash of milk if the sauce becomes too thick
