Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • Optional sauces: ranch Caesar dressing, pesto, or hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken – In a bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken –
  3. Stovetop: Sauté chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Air Fryer: Cook at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Assemble wraps – Lay tortillas flat, then layer spinach, tomato, onion, chicken strips, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Melt cheese – Warm the wraps in a skillet, panini press, or microwave until mozzarella is gooey.
  7. Serve – Slice wraps in half and enjoy immediately.
