Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • cup Caesar dressing
  • cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup seasoned croutons lightly crushed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds until soft and flexible.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice (if using), and black pepper.
  3. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Fold in the crushed croutons just before assembling the wraps to keep them crisp.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean work surface.
  6. Spoon one-quarter of the filling into the center of the tortilla.
  7. Add any optional toppings such as bacon, avocado, tomatoes, or red onion.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
  9. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  10. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for meal prep.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saving substitute for grilled chicken.
Pat the lettuce dry after washing to prevent soggy wraps.
Add the croutons just before serving for the best crunch.
Whole wheat tortillas make a healthier alternative.
For extra protein, add more grilled chicken or crispy chickpeas.
Store assembled wraps (without croutons) in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
