Ingredients
  

  • For the Wraps:
  • 2 large flour tortillas or whole wheat for a healthy version
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast grilled, shredded, or crispy chicken
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing homemade or store-bought
  • Optional: croutons or cherry tomatoes for crunch and color
  • For Homemade Caesar Dressing optional:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prep the Chicken:
  2. Slice or shred cooked chicken. For a crispy version, use air-fried or oven-baked chicken tenders.
  3. Make the Dressing (if homemade):
  4. Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine the Filling:
  6. In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine, chicken, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  7. Assemble the Wrap:
  8. Place filling in the center of a tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom.
  9. Toast (Optional):
  10. For crispy chicken wraps, lightly grill or press the wrap for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.

Notes

  • Keep dressing separate for meal prep to avoid sogginess.
  • Use spinach or tomato wraps for extra color and nutrients.
  • Chill the wrap before slicing for a cleaner cut.
