Cook the chicken
Season chicken cutlets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill, pan-sear, or bake until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F/74°C). Set aside.
Prepare the bread
Toast the sandwich rolls lightly for structure. Spread Caesar dressing on both sides of the bread.
Assemble the sandwich
Layer romaine lettuce, chicken, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
Add bacon, tomato, or avocado if desired.
Drizzle extra Caesar dressing on top before closing the sandwich.
Serve
Slice in half and serve warm with fries, chips, or a fresh salad.
