Method
- Marinate Chicken (5 minutes) – Mix chicken with oil, spices, lime, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Pineapple (6–8 minutes) – Sear pineapple with honey and soy until caramelized. Remove.
- Cook Chicken (8–10 minutes) – Sauté chicken until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Warm Tortillas (2–3 minutes).
- Assemble Tacos – Fill tortillas with chicken, pineapple, cabbage, onion, cilantro, and sauce.
Notes
Add jalapeños for spice.
Store leftovers separately up to 2 days.
Great with avocado or pico de gallo.
