Prepare Broccoli:
Steam broccoli until tender, then finely chop or pulse in a food processor.
Make Nugget Mixture:
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped broccoli, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Shape Nuggets:
Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and shape into nugget-sized patties. Coat each lightly in extra breadcrumbs.
Cook:
To Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
To Air Fry: Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve:
Cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
