Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced or cubed
  • 12 oz pasta fettuccine or penne
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • 1 cup broccoli or spinach
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • Red pepper flakes for heat

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and milk, stirring well.
  7. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and mix with the sauce.
  9. Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.
Do not overcook pasta—keep it al dente.
Add milk or cream to adjust sauce thickness.
