Sauté the Garlic:
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Make the Filling:
Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add Chicken and Cheese:
Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well until the filling is evenly coated.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Fold and Toast:
Fold each wrap tightly. Toast on a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
