Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced, rotisserie works great
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise optional for creaminess
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Sauté the Garlic:
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Make the Filling:
  4. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add Chicken and Cheese:
  6. Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well until the filling is evenly coated.
  7. Assemble the Wraps:
  8. Lay out the tortillas. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Fold and Toast:
  10. Fold each wrap tightly. Toast on a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Serve:
  12. Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
