Method
- Cook linguine according to package directions; drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high; sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked. Remove and rest.
- Add butter to pan; sauté garlic 30–45 seconds.
- Stir in chicken broth; simmer 2 minutes.
- Add cream and Parmesan; cook until thickened.
- Toss linguine in sauce; add pasta water if needed.
- Slice chicken and place on top; squeeze in lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Adjust Cajun spice to preference.
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
For lighter sauce, swap half the cream for milk.
