  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted butter. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Toss gently.
  3. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  4. Divide buffalo chicken evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Top each with Caesar salad mixture and any optional toppings.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
