Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Prepare crumble topping (if using) and sprinkle over muffins.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
