- Stir in curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and paprika. Toast spices for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned.
- Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth. Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice.
