Toss until evenly coated and thread chicken onto skewers.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
Brush skewers with bang bang sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
