Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken
  • 2 pounds chicken breast or thighs cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Optional Garnishes
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss until evenly coated and thread chicken onto skewers.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Brush skewers with bang bang sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
  8. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
