Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix or 3 tablespoons homemade ranch mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for greasing dish
  • Fresh parsley or chives chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  3. Prepare the Ranch Mixture:
  4. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
  5. Coat the Chicken:
  6. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place them in the prepared baking dish and spread the ranch mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  7. Bake Until Juicy:
  8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  9. Optional Step – Broil for Color:
  10. For a golden crust, switch to broil mode for the last 2 minutes.
  11. Serve:
  12. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley or chives. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • For extra flavor: Add shredded mozzarella or cheddar on top before baking.
  • For a crispy finish: Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the ranch coating.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Reheat in an air fryer or oven to keep chicken juicy.
  • Make-ahead: Assemble chicken and store covered in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
