  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • For the Hot Honey Glaze:
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust for spice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional for extra heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  2. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Prepare the Coating:
  4. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  5. Coat the Chicken:
  6. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mix. Press firmly to ensure the coating sticks.
  7. Bake to Crispy Perfection:
  8. Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  9. Make the Hot Honey Glaze:
  10. In a small saucepan, melt butter with honey, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce (if using). Stir well until combined and warm.
