Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat dry the chicken tenderloins and season with a little salt and pepper.
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
