Ingredients
  

  • For the Salad
  • 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 apples diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds or chopped pecans
  • For the Dressing
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry broccoli thoroughly, then cut into small bite-sized florets.
  2. Dice apples into small cubes.
