Prepare the Chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If thick, slice them in half horizontally for even cooking.
Make the Coating:
In one bowl, beat the egg. In another, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then press into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mix to coat both sides evenly.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
Air Fry the Chicken:
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil. Place coated chicken in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal temperature).

Let rest for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
