Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs panko or regular
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil mist

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If thick, slice them in half horizontally for even cooking.
  3. Make the Coating:
  4. In one bowl, beat the egg. In another, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat the Chicken:
  6. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then press into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mix to coat both sides evenly.

  8. Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.

  10. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil. Place coated chicken in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal temperature).
  11. Serve:
