Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread or 4 sandwich rolls
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp parsley fresh or dried
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: red chili flakes oregano, or fresh basil

  2. Prepare the bread
  3. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise, then cut into smaller pieces to fit your air fryer basket.
  4. Make garlic butter
  5. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Spread generously on each bread slice.
  6. Add cheese
  7. Top with mozzarella and cheddar (or Parmesan) until evenly covered.
  8. Air fry
  9. Place bread in the basket in a single layer. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  10. Serve
