INGREDIENTS:


Pasta:
1 yeast tablet of 15 g
3 cups wheat flour

1 spoon of butter
1 cup of milk

METHOD OF PREPARATION:


Filling:
Mix all the raw ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour

Pasta:

In a bowl add the warm milk and dissolve the yeast, then add the butter, sugar, oil, egg yolks, salt and stir well, lastly the wheat flour

Knead everything very well and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
