skinny taste :Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for a Skinnytaste favorite:

Recipe: Skinnytaste Baked Zucchini Sticks

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium zucchini, sliced into sticks
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip the zucchini sticks into the beaten egg whites, then coat them in the flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated zucchini sticks onto the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops of the sticks with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the zucchini sticks are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve the baked zucchini sticks immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or tzatziki sauce.

This recipe is a healthier alternative to fried zucchini sticks, with all the flavor and crunch but without the added calories and fat. Enjoy!
