Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix everything well with your hands, until the mixture is evenly combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to an hour, to let the flavors meld together.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and divide it into equal portions, depending on how many kebabs you want to make. Take each portion and shape it into an elongated sausage shape around the wooden skewer, pressing the meat firmly onto the skewer. Continue until all the meat mixture is used up.
  5. Place the skewers on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and lightly greased with oil. Bake the kebabs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until they are fully cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or raita, and enjoy your delicious Seekh Kebabs!
