Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8.5 to 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and fresh chopped herbs. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
  • Unroll one can of bread dough onto a flat surface. Spread half of the butter mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Cut the dough into 12 squares. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, butter mixture, and cheeses.

  • Stack the dough squares on top of each other, creating a layered stack, and then carefully place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake the assembled bread in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until it turns a beautiful golden brown and is fully cooked through in the center. If the bread starts to get too dark on top, you can loosely cover it with foil halfway through the baking time.
  • Allow the bread to cool for about 5 minutes before removing it from the loaf pan and transferring it to a serving tray.

This delightful cheesy pull-apart garlic bread is perfect for sharing with friends and family. Enjoy the wonderful combination of flavors and the satisfying, warm, and cheesy goodness that this recipe delivers.
